Spray Coat Playground Surfacing Description

The Spray Coat running track system is a type of porous track. Porous track surfaces are designed so that water will

flow through the surface to the pavement below while allowing moisture to escape. In most cases the track will incorporate a porous asphalt sub base for the water to continue to rapidly move to a drainage system installed in an aggregate base.

Porous systems provide a cost effective solution to facility providers who wants to install a track facility for training and low level local competitions and the softer surface characteristics of porous surfaces make it an ideal solution for schools and community athletics clubs.

Prefabricated system: Is package by roll, Specification is 1.22*15m/20M, Strict request with base ground flat level. Professional for stadium international games. Like Olympic games.

Q11:What information do I need to provide to you before the product quotation?

A: Well, do you have any stadium projects on hand? Before the quotation, we need to know the project drawings, project area, photos of the basic ground, site photos, project types(Is it school type, competition land or leisure site and so on? A: For Crumb Rubber production, quantity under 50 metric tons, leading time is about 7 working days. Leading time of special color granules depends the quantity of order.

For PU Adhesives and PU Sport Flooring Material, quantity under five 20GP (about 50 metric tons), leading time is about 15 working days.

For the Preset Athletic Track Roll Material, quantity less than 10,000 square meters, leading time is 10 working days.

For the Artificial Grass Turf, quantity less than 10,000 square meters, leading time is 15 working days.
